Next culinary obstacle: I am also painting my kitchen.
This summer, despite the fact that my son's rooms needs painting as well as several closets, both bathrooms need wallpaper stripped off and repainted, and generally several things are needing touching up, I have decided that the kitchen wallpaper has got to go. Not sometime in the next year, right now. It's an emergency!
Of course, this does not slow down my entertaining schedule. My best friend is coming tomorrow and I want to cook up something special for her, since she is coming all the way here.
